We don't have a lot of terms or conditions on this site.  This is simple a vehicle for registering for our courses on-line.  However we do have a few...

  • We are currently using Paypal as our payment gateway.  Paypal takes Credit Cards.  Your card is charged when you process the payment.  If for some reason that you have to be refunded your money, it will be done through Paypal.  If this is not cool with you, then please just call with a credit card.
  • If you elect to pay by phone, pay by check or pay when you pick up your materials you must fully understand that you are not formally registered for the course until we receive payment. So please send your payment, call us with a credit card or stop in right away.
  • Course registration materials where materials are involved and sent ahead (ie: Open Water Diver) are not refundable if written in.  If you have to cancel a course, we will deduct the amount of the materials from your refund.  Materials that are obsolete due to past course cancellation are not returnable.
  • If you do not show up for a course without notifying us you forfeit all payments.
  • Trip deposits are not refundable within 90 days (unless indicated differently) prior to a the trip date unless we can fill your space.  Trip balances are due at least 60 days prior to the trip or what is specified on each trip. 
  • Airfare for trips is not fully locked in until the tickets are issued.  This means the tax "could" change.  TIcketing usually occurs 45 days prior to the trip.
  • We are not responsible for changes in cost of a trip that is out of our control.  For example, air tax's, Country imposed tax changes and charges.  Departure tax's are also the responsibiltiy of the traveler.  These are not included in our trip costs. 
  • Travel Insurance is not included in our trip costs.  Travel insurance is a personal decision of your own.  Our staff will not comment or give advice on trip insurance.  This is your own decision.
