Lost your PADI C-Card? We can replace it. Simply compete the required information and check-out You will need to email us a digital head and shoulders picture to sales@seatasea.com (Please put PADI C-Card Pic & Your name in the subject line of the email!) Once processed we will email you a temporary certification. Allow at least 2 - 4 weeks for your plastic card to arrive in the mail.
Note: We can only replace "PADI" Certification Cards. If you are not PADI Certified you will need to contact the training agency that you are certified through.
